There are three aspects of inspection before adjusting the natural gas burner:

a. Check if natural gas is timely, if the natural gas pipeline is clean and smooth, and if the gate valve is open.

b. Is there any leakage in the pipeline and is the pipeline construction effective.

c. Release air from the pipeline in front of the gas valve to ensure that there is no mixed gas in the pipeline, and at the same time, discharge it outdoors.

2. Internal inspection of natural gas burners

a. Is the ignition head of the burner installed and adjusted properly.

b. Is the rotation direction of the electric motor appropriate.

c. Is the external line connection compliant with regulations.

d. Conduct thermal simulation of the burner based on the route conditions, observe whether all components of the device are functioning properly during operation, and whether part of the flame detection and maintenance is functioning properly.

3. Adjustment of natural gas burners

a. Check if abnormal natural gas is detected in a timely manner, if the pipeline is smooth, and if the external power switch is operated in a timely manner.

b. Adjust the load of the burner to low load, and adjust the ignition position to low load accordingly. Turn off the high load to start the ignition and observe the flame condition. Based on the flame condition, adjust the servo motor, intake valve, and gas valve group accordingly.

c. When adjusting the red load rate of the burner, it is necessary to adjust it slowly from a smaller load to a larger load based on the load condition of the heating facilities, and carry out corresponding adjustments to the servo motor or intake valve according to the situation.

d. Inspect the flames for any deviation, insufficient ignition, vibration, or other conditions.

e. After adjustment, carry out several rounds of ignition to observe whether the ignition is excellent.
