1、 Instructions for use.
1. Normal working state.
Turn on the power supply, the burner motor starts, and electric sparks are generated between the ignition electrodes. After the pre-blower, the oil pump solenoid valve opens automatically, and the oil mist sprayed by the nozzle is broken down by the electric spark, forming a flame. At this time, the flame detector senses the flame brightness and the controller enters the locking state. The ignition is stopped after the ignition electrode delays the ignition, and the burner enters the normal working state.
2. Abnormal working status.
If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not sense the brightness of the flame, the safety alarm system moves after the safety time, cuts off the start-up procedure of the burner, and the fault red light is on.
When the burner is just started, if the flame detector senses the brightness, the safety system will operate, the controller will not enter the normal procedure, the solenoid valve will not open, and the nozzle will not spray oil. After the safety time, the fault red light will be on.
3. Precautions.
Therefore, when starting the burner under bright light, the flame detector must be covered first to avoid light. After the burner sprays flame, immediately turn on the flame detector, otherwise the burner cannot work normally. The burner can be restarted only after the red light is on for 3 minutes.
2、 Precautions.
1. When connecting peripheral circuits to realize automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please connect according to the control system wiring diagram.
2. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank and shall be kept 80-120mm away.
3. The burner shall be shut down before filling oil into the oil tank. The fuel can be injected into the oil tank after filtering, and the burner can be restarted after 20 minutes of oil filling.
4. The oil circuit system shall not leak oil or gas.
5. Before starting the burner, check whether the fuel tank is sufficient.
6. The size of the damper shall match the specification of the nozzle. When using the burner, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper properly, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with proper specification and injection angle.
7. The ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures shall be taken. When used in cold areas, appropriate thermal insulation measures for oil storage device and oil supply and return pipeline system shall be taken to prevent oil pipeline from being blocked due to freezing. At the same time, the burner control circuit shall not be wet or hot.
8. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
9. The motor and ignition transformer shall be damp-proof to avoid being used in humid environment.
10. The burner shall be balanced during installation, and shall be used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.
11. When it is not convenient to operate the burner directly, the switch and electrical protection device shall be controlled externally.
12. Frequently check whether the connection of the burner and its components is firm, loose and the position changes.
13. When the burner is started, strictly prevent the sudden flame from hurting people and objects.
3、 Regular maintenance.
The light diesel oil used must be cleaned. Please pay attention to the regular cleaning of the oil tank and oil filter. Replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.
1. Foreign matters are prohibited from entering the air duct.
2. The burner shall be far away from flammable and explosive products and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment.
3. Adjust the oil pressure according to the indicated value of oil pressure.
4. Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits, especially the flame detector should be kept clean and free from water.
5. Cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
