Maintenance precautions for biomass hot air stove
The main focus of the biomass hot air stove series is the hot air stove. A hot air stove is a device that burns fuel to heat air to generate hot air. The medium in the hot air stove is air. The flue gas generated by burning coal is used to directly heat the air to generate a constant temperature. Clean hot air without pollution for subsequent production use. It consists of several simple components such as a coal-fired machine, a high-temperature gas purification chamber, and an air mixing chamber. The high-temperature gas purification room is constructed of refractory materials. The high-temperature flue gas undergoes secondary combustion in the purification room, and a small amount of dust carried during coal combustion aggregates and settles at high temperatures in the purification room.
Large equipment must undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and reduce losses. Due to the fact that gas hot blast furnaces are no exception, regular maintenance is required.
1. When repairing the hot air stove, use blind plates or other reliable cutting devices to prevent gas from entering from adjacent gas pipelines, and strictly implement the operation permit system; Gas protection personnel should conduct on-site monitoring.
2. When performing internal maintenance and cleaning on the hot air stove, the following regulations should be followed:;
1. Gas pipelines should be isolated with blind plates. Except for the flue valve, all valves should be closed and the power supply to the valves should be cut off;
2. The ventilation inside the furnace is good, the carbon monoxide concentration should be below 24ppm, the oxygen content should be between 18%~21% (volume concentration), and the gas composition should be analyzed every 2 hours.
When repairing the partition wall of the hot air stove, steel support should be used to prevent the upper bricks from falling off.
During the maintenance process inside the hot air duct, access holes should be opened to prevent hot air from entering.
4. The hot air stove must have water to cool.
