Common Fault Causes And Treatment Methods Of Low Nitrogen Burner

1. Burner motor does not rotate
Cause: no voltage, thermal relay, action fuse, damage, zero line, motor failure, control circuit, gas transmission, ball valve, shutdown, controller failure
Treatment method: connect the circuit, reset, replace, repair, replace, find the disconnection point, connect or disconnect the regulator or the controller, open the ball valve, and replace.
2. The motor of low nitrogen burner runs, but it fails when pre purging for about 10 seconds
Cause: The set value of the air pressure switch is incorrect. The air pressure switch fails. The air pressure switch pipe is blocked. The blower is polluted. The burner motor reverses
Treatment method: reset, replace, clean and clean the motor pole return
3. The burner motor runs, but a fault occurs when the pre purge is about 20 seconds:
