It is intended to mix air and fuel in a moderate ratio using a premix device for sufficient incineration.

This type of methanol combustion engine can only be used in conjunction with 100 or BNL14 diesel combustion engines for steam boilers or gas boilers. The upgrading and renovation of industrial boilers must be carried out by professional staff. At the same time, diesel storage tanks and supply lines must also be dismantled and replaced.
3. For powder spraying and drying production lines, if customers use Baxter or BNL14 diesel engines, in addition to using methanol combustion engines instead of diesel combustion engines, diesel storage tanks and pipelines should also be replaced.
4. Used in the zinc and aluminum alloy casting and manufacturing industry. This specification can replace Baxter or BNL14 diesel combustion engine molten zinc aluminum alloy. Similarly, the diesel storage tank and pipelines must be dismantled and replaced.
5. Methanol burners are mainly used for various mechanical and electrical purposes, such as asphalt heating conductive furnaces, food ovens, air conditioning heaters, snow removal machines, incinerators, hot air generators, etc., as long as diesel tanks and pipelines are replaced with methanol resistant storage tanks and pipelines. It has multiple applications, but the cost is not high, and there is no doubt that it is loved by everyone.
